Loch Absence

This loch illustration contains a gathering of abesnt voices. These are individuals or groups with connections to the docks. We found traces of them throughout the research work but we were unable to come together to speak. Some people might be too busy making ends meet, some people have no fixed address, and of course many are no longer alive with us. The Loch Absence illustration has served as a space to give some form of presence to these people. Though you may not see their names at first, if you scroll through these close up images they will be revealed by the changing light.
